thanks for your suggestions....I guess you qualify as a geek more than I&#039;d ever dream to.
But, as I&#039;m always trying to find the quickest route to a result I&#039;ve actually found it quite easy to get a text selction into TextEdit by using the services menu option.
I still believe there will be a less clicky option to do this trivial task.
Hmmm, maybe there&#039;s a way I can get it done with Quicksilver actions.
We do love a challenge though.

Filter Paragraphs (do not contain)

Save as workflow (for editing etc.)
Save as Plug-in for Script Menu e.g. as Print Mail Message
