Two tired, hungry but happy MacBiter’s finally leave the Apple Store with 2 16GB White iPhones. Thanks to all the Apple Store staff for their help and patience….but a BIG thumbs-down to O2 and their flaky system that runs on IE (have you ever seen VMWare Fusion running Windows on a Mac in an Apple Store?)

just loving the new software (eventually) currently emptying my bank balance buying new apps (and getting free ones too)

Played with Monkey Ball yesterday whilst waiting in the store. Oh how I could get addicted to that – despite what I said in an earlier episode!

    Hi there Elaine and Mike,

So Elaine you finally decided on a white iPhone! :)
Glad to hear it I stuck with the black.
In case you didn’t know I was the Bald Asian next to you in the queue.

Just wanted to say it was really nice meeting you both and it was a pleasure speaking to you.

The site also is great and one that is bookmarked on my new IPhone.

    Take Care

    Hi Jazz

Thanks for the compliment and we hope you’re enjoying your iPhone as much as we are.

I’m definitely a Super Monkey Ball addict now – but I have been using the phone for non-gaming activities too.

    Hi Jazz

Thanks for your very kind words. How are you doing with your iPhone?

Love your description of yourself … I’m glad I haven’t succumbed to the temptation of having to describe myself online ;-) *or anywhere else for that matter*

You’re in the photos of the great day posted on Flickr … flaked out in the queue, just not quite as flaked out as the guy at the front – and that was before the real fun began!!

I’m loving Evernote and OmniFocus … but as I admitted in Ep 13 I’ve become tempted with the games. I can’t even begin to explain how that happened – it must have been the length of the wait on iPhone day *addled my brain obviously*

    Regards

    Elaine
