   I’m here 😂 better late than pregnant. It released whilst I was in the gym (I know) and I was too shattered by the time I got home 😂 forgive me.

   Teletext holidays! Completely forgot about those 😂 what ever happened to it?

   Your desk is a thing of beauty 😂 I’m envious of it, but not enough to pull my finger out and tidy the cables. One thing about yours though is it isn’t safe for organic plant life 😂

   Clips – didn’t even realise it was there 😂 it’s pretty stupid of them to have an app like that considering the platforms that are popular for reels have built in features that allow them to do what I imagine Clips does. Most people probably didn’t even know it was there either, and had little reason to look.

   I did the whole age verification thing on Bluesky the other day because of I sick of being harangued by it. Turns out they use a third-party company called Kids Web Services (KWS). Personally, I’m of the viewpoint that kids shouldn’t be allowed to use the internet until they’re 16. “But they need it for their studies” I hear people whinge. Easy solution. Books. Libraries. You know, those things we used before the internet surged. It’s one of those things that is always going to have content unsuitable for young audiences, and there is always a way to circumvent these stupid rules they’re putting in place, which they’re smart enough to navigate if they want to see what they’re apparently being protected from. Just ban them. Why should the rest of us suffer for the parents that want to dump a device in their kids hands to shut them up so they can forget they’re there? Parenting should not involve government legislation 🤬

   Re: ChatGPT blue AI – I’d probably try the adult stuff for a laugh, but again, I think the fascination would wash away quickly for most people once they’ve had a play 😂 no pun intended.

   Evernote – never have, never intend to 😂 from hearing about it during my MBAH marathon a couple of years ago, it doesn’t sound worth it. Obsidian all the way. They sacked you? 😶 did you get your notes at least?

   I’m not normally one for cloud services, but I’ve been tempted by pCloud for years since I heard about it from earlier MBAH episodes. I love the idea of a one-off payment for a big chunk of storage. I might consider it again this coming Black Friday …

   Ahhh PARA … I did try it a couple of years ago, but I’m just too inept to keep it up 😂 I think chaos is the way for me. It’d explain the cables too.

   See now TT, this is why I will only accept 2TB as a bare minimum on my machine. Anything less terrifies me, and your experience only adds to those fears 😂 and this slow process could be considered a dirty hack considering you’ve saved yourself 2 weeks 😉

   The trouble with Serif is they’re no longer denying dirty intent. Considering this is something they did before being acquired, the fact they won’t is blindingly obvious to their userbase, and doesn’t look great. I guess we’ll find out in 8 days. If the pricing model we got with V2 remains I’ll be happy, and I’m hoping they’ll have a Studio Link feature across all 3 apps rather than just Publisher. Maybe they’ll really surprise us and give us a video editor – Affinity Film, anyone?

   That spreadsheet sounds marvellous TT 😁 I’m a visual person so would love to see a blank version if possible.
