I’ve wanted a MacBook Air for a while but the price was always a bit of a show-stopper especially since I already have an iMac and an iPad. I managed to use the iPad for mobile work but I was still hankering after a MBA.
That was when I found a 2013 11″ MBA in the refurb store. It was reduced to £599 and I decided to snap it up. Well a couple of days later it arrived and I set my new toy up … it’s the best Mac I’ve ever had. So small, light, portable and faster than I expected. I should have got one months ago!
I was concerned about whether to go for the 11″ in case the screen was too small. But I recalled Elaine saying that she had the same concerns but felt it was no issue so I went for it.
Elaine was right, I don’t find it difficult to switch between my 27″ iMac and my new baby at all.
If there’s anyone out there on the fence just do it, you won’t regret it.
